    This hotel totally blew us away! The incredible buffet breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, with an amazing variety of food that left us mind-blown. The spa facilities were top-notch, and we loved that we could enjoy the same thermal water in the hotel's spa as the nearby lake. The sauna and pools were super relaxing and refreshing. What really stood out was the cheerful and friendly staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway!

    Very very helpful and attentive staff, had real good stay!!!

    the location was magnificent in an excluded area by a big park that was nice to walk around in. the breakfast was savoury and delicious with oatmeal, cheese, live music, good service.

    Fantastic hotel, it offers excellent services and amazing location close to Heviz and the thermal lake, which would take about a 15 minute by foot walk, the eating and drinking areas, and restaurant a dbar. The property staff are incredibly nice and pleasant. The breakfast is tasty, excellent food. Thank you for a very nice stay.

    The location of Lotus Therme Hotel & Spa is perfect, nestled in an area near a beautiful park ideal for walks. It is easy to reach various places from here, including the center of Heviz town and the lake. Overall, I had a very pleasant winter stay.

    The breakfast was delicious. the hotel has wonderful views. - the location is stunning, just a short walk to an outside garden. - the staff was incredibly nice and pleasant, providing excellent service. - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

    The hotel was special and clean, with friendly staff. The location was magnificent, next to a big park that was nice to walk around in. There was good parking available and a nice pool. The venue was adjacent to nature, the lake, and the center.

    Nice hotel. Very friendly staff in the restaurant.

    There are not many sauna infusions (aufguss) and some have to be booked in advance. I couldn't book close to the starting time, even though only 2 people were booked in! You could book and find yourself on your own! There is no pool or jacuzzi in the sauna area. The food in the restaurant is good but some of it probably won't suit a majority of 'english speaking' guests.

    The property is perfect and peaceful. the meals were outstanding. the rooms are well-appointed with a nice balcony. the location is close to Lake Balaton, an outside garden, Heviz, and the thermal lake, all within a 15-minute walk. You can enjoy tea and goodies at Gusto Bistro Cafe Bar, located just 1 mile from the hotel.

    This hotel staff is poor!! Spa stop to sercvice one before close time! Restaurant staff un-friendly ,no smile! Lazy!! Reception staff like fbi ,no private!!

    For a weekend relax it's a very good hotel, nice warm/hot pools and you have a lot of choice for massages etc.

    We had half board but evening dinner is buffet, so not that good. But there is always something on the buffet you might like and can eat.
